He is currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Cueto Engineering, LLC, where his responsibilities include conducting 40-year recertifications for various buildings, performing infrared thermography inspections, and ensuring the compliance and design of electrical systems per applicable standards.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Belsky was the Principal and Owner of UCI Engineering from 1986 to 2017, a MEP design consulting firm he founded, which successfully generated approximately $4 million in annual revenue. Under his leadership, the firm handled significant projects such as the design of commercial high rises and hotels, and secured a major contract with Hensel Phelps for providing LEED fundamental commissioning for a Department of Defense facility.
